Delivery Throughout the UK Hampers, gifts & individual items can all be delivered throughout the UK mainland. With the exception of addresses in the Scottish Highlands there are no additional charges based on UK location. The Scottish Highlands covers addresses in the following postcodes: HS1-9; IV41-56; KA27-28; KW15-17; PA20; PA41-49; PA62-76; PH42-44; ZE1-3 and additional costs will be proportionate to the extra costs incurred by the company. Please contact From The Cotswolds for more details. Standard Delivery (Monday-Friday) Orders will be processed, shipped & received by the customer within 5 working days. In the majority of cases goods are received by customers within 48 hours. Should an order be required earlier, or on a specific date, please contact the company as From The Cotswolds will always endeavour to meet the particular requirements of its customers. Standard Delivery Charges Hampers (all sizes): FREE Gift Boxes: £5.50 (for up to 3 Gift Boxes - see below) Individual Items: £5.50 (for up to 3 Individual Items - see below) The initial delivery charge covers up to three gift boxes or three individual items (or combination) being delivered to the same address. For each fourth gift box or item ordered, an additional £4 will be charged. Saturday Deliveries Standard charges are based on deliveries Monday to Friday. Although some deliveries may arrive on a Saturday, where goods are specifically required to arrive on a Saturday an additional charge (£14) will be levied regardless of the item ordered. As with our standard delivery charges, this covers up to three items being delivered to the same address (with an additional charge for each fourth item). Corporate Orders Where a significant number of items are being purchased within one order, we will contact you direct to discuss delivery arrangements & timescales. Contact Information The timely arrival of orders is important to the company. To help us ensure that no unnecessary delays occur, please ensure that all address & contact details supplied are correct & where possible, provide a daytime telephone number to help reduce any delays in delivery due to unforseen events. Where an item is returned to the company as undelivered, an additional standard delivery charge will be levied where the goods are subsequently re-despatched (either to the original order address or to a revised address). A charge will be made for any returned goods which cannot subsequently be used (e.g. perishable items) and which need to be replaced. Delivery to a Third-Party (e.g. work address or hospital etc.) Please ensure that all additional information such as the hospital ward etc. is included within the address details. Payment No goods will be sent out prior to full payment having been received. Cancellations & Returns Goods ordered can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to despatch and a full refund will be provided. If an order is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, a refund will be provided but the company reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs associated with any perishable items that cannot be re-sold. An order can be cancelled up to 7 days after receipt of the goods and the company will provide a refund within 28 days, minus costs associated with any perishable items that cannot be re-sold, for items that have been consumed or for items which have been returned in damaged condition (excluding circumstances where goods were damaged during initial delivery at no fault of the customers - see below) . Any goods returned must be in perfect condition (e.g. no broken seals or damaged packaging). Notification by a customer to From The Cotswolds of the cancellation of an order must be made either by letter or by email. From The Cotswolds will bear the delivery costs of any goods returned due to a cancellation, up to, but not exceeding, the delivery charge originally paid by the customer to From The Cotswolds for the goods. In the case of goods which have free delivery, the company will bear the cost of returns but reserves the right to choose the method of return (including choice of courier). Any damage to, or items missing from deliveries, must be brought to the attention of the company within 24 hours. Claims for damage or loss caused during delivery will be met in full where goods are signed for upon receipt as "damaged" or "unchecked" and both From The Cotswolds and the delivery company (where used) are notified immediately (within 24 hours) and subsequently in writing (within 3 days of the goods having been delivered).
